1.1 Nature of the Agreement

1.2 Language & Communication

stv99 provides all communications and services in both Bengali and English. However, the Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the primary document.

1.3 Service Availability

stv99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify services at any time without notice. We are not liable if services are unavailable due to technical maintenance or any other reason.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the stv99 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in Bangladesh and be a Bangladeshi citizen or legal resident.
• Your online gaming activity must be lawful under your local laws.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or gaming restriction.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned from stv99.

We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended during the verification process.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at stv99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one stv99 account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login password and account details confidential. You may not grant third parties access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact us immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

You may be asked to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before withdrawing a certain amount, or at any time at stv99's discretion. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals if the required documents are not provided.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

stv99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Each payment method's own limit applies
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The following rules apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: usually 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed

4.3 Ownership of Funds

You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at stv99: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Example 2: ৳18,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own detailed terms, which are stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after wagering requirements are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on any account, the bonus will be cancelled.
• stv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Users may decline a bonus if they wish — contact support in that case.

5.4 VIP Program

stv99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.0%. Specific terms relating to VIP membership apply separately.

6.1 Game Results

All games on stv99 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine results, which is fair and verifiable. Live casino games are operated through real-time dealers. The game provider's results shall be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

stv99 reserves the right to settle bets affected by network disruptions, server issues, or game technical errors at its own discretion. In the event of a serious error, bets may be voided and the original stake returned.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each sport in the sports betting section. Please read the relevant sport's rules before placing a bet. Bets on postponed or cancelled matches will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on stv99:

• Using funds from illegal sources or money laundering
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to manipulate game results
• Operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus
• Bonus abuse (such as strategies to meet bonus requirements without risk)
• Betting with third-party funds or sharing an account
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for gain
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting any other cyber attack
• Harassing or defrauding other users

10.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Send your account closure request to support. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the request is processed (subject to conditions).

10.3 Funds After Account Closure

Legitimately earned funds (subject to bonus conditions being met) remain withdrawable after account closure, unless forfeited due to a violation of the rules.

stv99 bears no liability for the following:

• Service unavailability due to internet connection disruption or third-party causes
• Issues arising from your own device or network
• Loss resulting from sharing your account information with others
• Direct or indirect financial loss from gaming (winnings are not guaranteed)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic)

The amount of any claim against stv99 shall not exceed the total funds held in your account at that time.
